Easy To Wash Travel Mug With Handle

Well I never really thought much about travel mugs before till I got a cool travel mug on vacation that I just loved. But when I went to use the travel mug it was hard to use and when I heated my coffee up in it with the microwave it was almost unbearable to hold. Why was this? It was because it had no handle and it was all ceramic.

I am not sure why someone has designed a travel mug without a handle but I am sure I will never buy a coffee cup without a handle again. My new mug I got on vacation will just become a pretty pencil holder at best. Pretty as it will be on my desk I will have to find a new coffee cup worth getting.
