Best Free Ten Minute Workout Videos Online

I have this habit of buying workout tapes and only using them for a few weeks. I then get bored of them and want another one that does something else. To save money I looked for free fitness videos online. I had a hard time finding full length workout videos that was free online that was fun and entertaining. When I exercise I like to learn something new, be entertained and have fun or I am just not going to keep motivated to keep daily routine up.

I have found that there our plenty of free ten minute workouts online that are just fun to do. The great part about this is that if I do not have the thirty minutes or a hour usually prescribed I can just do my workout time in ten minute intervals. If I have time to do a whole workout I can just do more ten minute sessions.

The down side to this is that every time I had time I was always looking for another workout, making my actual workout time less, which did not help my fitness level. So below I bookmarked my favorite free ten minute workouts so I can watch them do them without wasting time, hoping it might help someone else as well.

Do not worry about trying to do the same type of exercise all the time. In fact many fitness specialist suggest that changing up a workout routine is not just good practice but smart.

I really love to the short jump rope videos. I have to admit I did not realize that I would like it so much. I started the videos without actually having a jump rope and then liked it so much I went to the dollar store to get me one. I have now done the video so many times I do not need to watch it.

I first started looking for a kickboxing class in my area to join a couple time a month but ended up finding these instead. I really enjoy working at ten minute intervals pretending to kick out any frustrations I may have they day. I use these work out videos when I am having a stressful day.

Who can not like doing the hula hoop. It is a fun workout that I can do when my kids are with me, they love hula hoop too.

Sometimes it is just time to dance. I am not really a dancer but have fun dancing to workout videos pretending I can dance. What can it hurt, no one can see me.
